- Lack of focused action plan towards improving the learning competencies of CWSN Children.
- Need for a tool to evaluate the level of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy among CWSN Children.
- There are 21 disabilities and there exists no disability-specific action plan to work on.
- Unavailability of supporting aids and appliances and need of fund provision to provide the same.
Achievements
- Understanding the disability spectrum in the district and the respective blocks.
- Educational support-specific and disability-specific action plans helped in the progress of CWSN children.
- Through the convergence of the line department, it was possible to give the learning kits and aids to CWSN children.
- Unbiased, data-driven and evidence-based policy-making to cater to the needs of CWSN children.
