Entrepreneurship Development Programme

Problem

  • Lack of technical skills in graduates leads to unemployment.
  • Lack of qualified trainers or educators and a well-structured curriculum to deliver high-quality education tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs.
  • Presence of resistance and unsupportive environment for entrepreneurship.
  • Establishing connections with experienced mentors and developing valuable networks for aspiring entrepreneurs have been challenging.
  • Lack of partnerships with colleges to create environs conducive to growth through faculty development, and research pilots

Solution

  • Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand the target population or community’s requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Secure the necessary resources, including financial, human, and physical infrastructure (training venues, equipment).
  • Develop a comprehensive curriculum that covers essential entrepreneurship topics and skills.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, mentoring sessions, networking events, and other planned activities.
  • Establish a monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the program’s effectiveness and impact, define KPIs and collect relevant data.

Outcomes

  • In The 1st Batch, 2000 Participants, and in the 2nd Batch, 5000 Plus utilized the entrepreneurial mindset program.
  • Students are trained extensively in the latest technology to help companies find the right candidate.
  • Connected aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced mentors and facilitated valuable networking opportunities.
  • Ensured that the curriculum is adaptable and can be updated as needed.
  • Recruit qualified trainers or educators with expertise in entrepreneurship and who can effectively deliver the program content.
