- Real-time data was never available.
- The status of the project couldn’t be visualized spatially.
- Interdepartmental issues and lack of communication between officials.
Achievements
- Developed a WebGIS portal to monitor progress of major infrastructure projects.
- Facilitated project monitoring and completion status spatially and map visualizing
- Use of integrated charts to compare the physical growth and financial growth.
- Addressed communication issues at the higher level meeting which otherwise involve a lot of paperwork and delay.
