• Availability of e-service on departmental portal and integration with U.P. e-District portal 

• Implementing e-service by the department’s digital platform 
• Developing a centralised online tracking mechanism of applications at State Tax H.Q

• Incorporation with Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam and DARPAN portal for delivery and monitoring 
• Registration on the E-district portal through nearby CSC 

Outcomes

• Approximately 21% increase in application filing per annum 
• 93.5% increase in disposal of applications per annum
• Around 342% increase per annum in the disbursement of insured amount to the genuine beneficiary 
• Reduction of disposal time of application from 3-6 months to 60 days 
• Fostering registration leading to revenue augmentation and enhanced GST collection
