  • Resolving the Power outages issues received from consumer.
  • Voltage fluctuation was also an issue.
  • Resolving CSC complaints through TGSPDCL app, website and social media.
  • Rectifying the other complaints like tree branches touching to the line, etc.
  • All the above complaints resolving within specific time interval.

Solution

  • OMS (outage management system) for monitoring the complaints.
  • Twitter Grievance site for registration & rectification of complaints.
  • 1912 complaints using Convex Application software for monitoring and dispatching to the field staff or officers.
  • Resolving the issue through district level Control rooms are established
  • Attending the complaints ASAP, GPS vehicle is launched in operation side.

Outcomes

  • Minimizing of interruption time to consumers. 
  • Quickly resolving the complaints.
  • Reliable supply to consumers. 
  • Receiving the feedback of complaints from consumer in social media platform.
  • Improving customer satisfaction by attending the complaints immediately.
