- Delayed receiving of any conflict information resulting in delayed response from forest department through its RRU/QRT.
- Need for skilled support at the conflict site.

Achievements
- Imparted training to the team regularly as per their training calendar.
- 3 to 5 youths were selected in each village and were trained, equipped with basic patrolling kits.
- Better management of any conflict situation was achieved.
- Ready made availability of human resource at grass root level.
