- Obsolete techniques of skilling and entrepreneurship development which do not amalgamate with the current trends and technology
Achievements
- Probed in various projects, workshops, seminars, etc., leading to many industry connections and collaborations.
- Revamping of Purbashree outlets by introducing Purbashree on Wheels, an online website and an application of NEHHDC for creating a database of the artisans and tracking.
- Introduced Enterprise Resource Planning Software to keep track record of the sales and purchase
- Carried on various capacity-building and skill development projects like ‘SAMARTH-CSB,’ ‘PMKVY 4.0’ and ‘TSC’
