- To provide assistance in emergency repatriation activities to bring back Keralites stranded in conflict zones.
- Ensure health and well-being of migrants by offering health cover, insurance policies, and emergency services.
Achievements
- Remittances have boosted the state’s economy and improved the living standards of many households.
- Emergency Ambulance Service has assisted 2060 migrants since its launch.
- Around 8 lakh NRKs from 182 countries have connected with NORKA by taking the Pravasi ID card.
- Over 14,69,955 expatriates from 34 countries have made use of the Global Contact Centre since its launch.
