Zero Poverty – Community Level Infrastructure

Low household income and poverty traps required targeted action to raise per capita income from 1.34 lakh in 2022-23 to a targeted 2.98 lakh by 2028-29.
Families below the poverty line needed structured livelihood support from Margadarshis, facilitated by CSR partners and NGOs serving as Bangaru Mithras.
Citizens lacked adequate access to advanced facilities for education, skills development, digital learning, entrepreneurship, and co-working.
Gaps in sanitation awareness and solid waste management infrastructure affected public health, cleanliness, and the overall quality of life in communities.
Households needed reliable access to emergency healthcare, doorstep veterinary services, decarbonised personal mobility, and community support systems to reduce vulnerability.

Vulnerable households and community gaps were identified through field surveys, Gram Sabhas, local consultations, and validation by village-level systems.
Family needs were mapped and prioritized across livelihoods, housing, sanitation, healthcare, education, mobility, and other essential services.
Government schemes, CSR partners, NGOs, Margadarshis, and Bangaru Mithras were aligned to specific intervention areas and beneficiary needs.
Household-level and community-level interventions were implemented through coordinated partners, vendors, departments, and field teams.
KADA monitored progress through regular reviews, field follow-up, beneficiary tracking, and issue resolution with implementation partners.

More than 25.77 crore in CSR support was mobilized to strengthen household development and community infrastructure across Kuppam.
Vulnerable households were systematically identified and linked to targeted support through the zero-poverty, family-centered development approach.
Access improved to livelihoods, healthcare, mobility, sanitation, digital learning, and other essential community services.
Community infrastructure such as roads, drains, streetlights, waste management, and connectivity received focused support through convergence and partnerships.
The initiative strengthened self-reliance, dignity, and resilience among vulnerable families, especially women, youth, farmers, and underserved rural households.
