  • There was a gap in educational attainment especially among women under 35 years of age not having completed tenth standard and plus two education.
  • Prevalence of exams fear, leading to a lack of confidence in their ability to pass examinations.
  • Lack of job opportunities for unemployed women.
  • Despite a certain level of literacy, women were not actively participating or coming forward

Achievements

  • Ensure financial support for learners by utilizing funds collected through CDSs from financial institutions, individuals, etc.
  • Foster cooperation among various departments, local governments, banks, and institutions to create a holistic environment.
  • Conduct specialized classes and motivational sessions to alleviate exam fear and boost confidence.
  • The course fees for the learners will be provided from the amount collected by CDSs.
