Floworx platform designed and built its source general-purpose energy efficiency, low-code event-driven cloud-native integration and digital process automation platform to orchestrate the highly reliable, secure, scalable, and faster business process and microservices. The platform supports integration using Open Standards and Specifications and provides real-time visibility and traceability of process execution with API Driven Process Monitoring Dashboard.
Problem
Using a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product for business process automation and orchestration led to limitations as it needed more cloud-native capabilities and support for Serverless Workflow specification and incurred substantial costs in licensing and hardware. Integrating diverse technologies, cultivating a cultural shift towards automation and a sophisticated workflow model and encouraging full utilisation of the Floworx Platform presented a significant user adoption challenge. The heavy reliance on external entities for feature enhancements, bug fixes, and security updates created dependencies and introduced potential delays in addressing critical issues.

The platform is self-sourced, self-sufficient, and free from vendor dependencies.
