  • Sample Collection, packaging, and transportation to the National Laboratories during the pandemic.
  • Laboratory diagnosis of SARS CoV-2.
  • Training to upscale the skill for sample collection by maintaining the proper Biosafety.
  • Lack of maintaining the cold chain, quality of the sample during transportation and storage of the positive sample.

Achievements

  • Testing became easier up to the sub-district level and data sharing of the laboratory results.
  • The capacity building of district-level health care providers up scaled by State ToT.
  • Sequentially modified guidelines helped in proper sample collection and maintaining the quality of the sample up to the result dissemination.
  • Regular sharing of skills and knowledge conducted for the district and sub-district health care providers.
