- Installation of solar panels for an uninterrupted experience for students.

- Continuously growing numbers of alumni connect towards their respective alma mater.

- Many projects have been completed under Mo College for the overall development of the students.

MO COLLEGE ABHIJAN PARICHALANA SANGATHAN
Introduction:
Mo College Abhijan Parichalana Sangathan (MCAPS) is one of its kind platform focusing mainly on alumni–alma mater connections by developing the infra, quality of education, and technology which can create more job opportunities for the students. The platform provides a unique interface to the Global Alumni Diaspora from Odisha & their respective alma Maters to Connect, Converse, and converge so as to collaborate in their mission to showcase the larger canvas of transformation for a New Odisha.
Problems:
There was zero connections of alumni towards their alma maters and no specific platforms were provided to carry forward different developmental activities on the institute premises. There were no structural committee that was formed to look after the institutes and their growth. Institutes were without proper dedicated mentors or members.
Solutions:
Providing a platform where an alumni/philanthropist can contribute towards their alma mater both financially and intellectually towards the institute. Transformation of smart classrooms, advanced technologies for smooth operation of webinars/seminars for global exposure of students. Washrooms have to maintain hygiene and sanitation among students. Hygiene is one of the vital cause implemented in every educational institutions across state. Sport complexes were built for overall development and installation of solar panels and transformers for an uninterrupted experience for students.
Outcomes:
A better approach towards Higher Educational Institutions with the best possible workflow management. Continuously growing numbers of alumni connect towards their respective alma mater spanning across technology, research, industry-academia linkages, sports and fine arts, etc. Mo College brings the college ecosystem together thus ensuring a holistic development of the students in Odisha.

Proper platform to bridge between the alumnae and the institutes which “Mo College” gives the unique platform to connect.
Innovation:
Empower students morally as well academically by organizing different webinars, seminars and awareness programs. Providing global exposure by arranging educational facilities by experts and enhancement of student’s IT skills. Establishment of a sports complex, E-Library and beautification of the campus, to prepare the students in all aspects.
Opportunities:
Since this Project is one of its kind and is rapidly growing in terms of alumni-alma mater connect, we are very much looking forward to the entire global alumni diaspora being connected to us with increasing numbers in the coming future to polish and taking the higher educational ecosystem to another successful dimension. Even better Infra, best-of-class technology, exchange of knowledge through more digital connections, more job opportunities through career counselling, more placement cells for students, promoting sports from the campus itself, and exposure visits for students to enhance their on-field knowledge.
Summary:
Based on the idea of a meaningful connection of alumni to their alma mater for collaborating in the development of HEIs of the state ‘Mo College Abhijan’ was launched by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha. The objective was to develop the college/university ecosystem and to provide a platform for sharing and contributing resources for the holistic growth of HEIs of Odisha. The program started as a small journey towards giving back to one’s alma mater.
