- Lack of focus on the all-around holistic personality development of students.
- Lack of participation of the community stakeholders in the education system.
- Lack of proper utilization of school infrastructure – playgrounds, science labs and libraries.
Achievements
- Holistic personality development includes building the confidence and interpersonal skills of the students.
- Grouping students into houses has created a feeling of belongingness among them.
- The public delivery system in education has become more transparent and efficient due to the increased participation of teachers, alumni, etc.
- Developing interest of students towards attending schools and reduction in dropout rates.
