Problem
- Shortage of manpower.
- Shortage of skilled people.
- Students were not familiar with the online setup.
- Motivating students to use the online setup while preparing for Medical and engineering examinations.
- Providing training to students and teachers for study materials.
Solution
- Overcoming the problem of teacher shortage by the introduction of smart classes.
- Ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education from Upper Primary to Senior Secondary stage.
- Promote critical thinking and analytical skills by developing self-learning skills.
- Providing online video and study materials for the teachers and students to get familiar with the new setup.
- Promoting student-centric learning.
Outcomes
- More than 5000 students were covered under this initiative.
- There was a dramatic change in students’ performance as compared with previous examinations.
- Students are now familiar with the online setup.
- Students are now self-motivated.
- The problem of manpower shortage was solved with the introduction of this online learning setup.
