  • The suffering of animals increased economic loss to the farmers in terms of decreased milk yield.
  • Unnecessary and wrong medication leads to antibiotic resistance in the animal.
  • Need for feed and water analysis to supply safe input to the animals
  • Need for disease control strategies.

Achievements

  • Selected constituency as a point of contact for the laboratory diagnosis
  • Specimens collected by AH Assistant in RBK, AVH to CADDL are minimized for accurate diagnosis
  • Availed diagnostic tests within the farmer’s reach viz., Blood exam, feces etc.
  • Tests could be performed on par with human disease diagnosis using the latest diagnostic techniques.
