RETURNEES. SRI THAVASEELAN IS A POPULAR OFFICER IMPLEMENTING NEW IDEAS AND INNOVATIONS IN DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATING WELL WITH OTHER AGENCIES LIKE POLICE
