  1. This is a well thought and a wonderful program.

In any city/town, we see the traffic police filling the pot holes on the road. This is because they are very close to the problem. Many times they interact with local department officials out of the way to decrease the accidents.

Similar effort has been made by the SP. Many work mechanically but only think out of the way and think about the public grievances. In the police department they do not have time to address the crimes. Rather than attending to the crimes at the area of generation, you have focussed on the avoiding rhe crime. It is really appreciated.

    I have few suggestions:

While partnering with public, use No uniform.
In India, unfortunately police are treated not as a friendly, we see fear than support. This image of the police has to be removed.
Programs like Plantation in the area along with public and participating in community programs can bring down sich a opinion. But do you have sufficient resources?
Coordination between departments like RPF, Electricity, water works etc should be made mandatory and the police I’m this direction has ro be trained across India. Results are wonderful as already seen in this presentation.
Confidence levels of public on the police will increase automatically if this coordination with inter department increases.

Lastly, wide Propaganda of this programme at nation level should be made mandatory.

If this is applied across India, results can be wonderful.

Thanks for the thinking of the SP.
