- The situation of traffic jams due to stray animals.
- Vehicle accidents were caused by stray animals on hilly rural roads.
- Urban poor people used to leave their animals open in the cities causing trouble to vehicles and passengers.
- Violation of the Govansh Act 2007 implemented in the state of Uttarakhand.
Achievements
- Started operation Kamdhenu for the registration of stray animals in coordination with various departments.
- Provision of punitive action for animal abandonment on roads.
- Transfer of stray cows to Gaushala.
- Conducting public awareness campaigns in the district.
