Achievements
- The prestigious AB-PMJAY scheme introduced by Central Govt was integrated with CMCHIS in Aug 2018.
- AB-PMJAY extended the insurance coverage of the CMCHIS scheme to Rs.5 lakhs per family.
- The PMJAY coverage was implemented in hybrid mode.
- The beneficiaries can use the existing CMCHIS card to avail of the benefits.
- Government of India hospitals are also impaneled under the scheme to provide treatment.
