- To ensure the mills run throughout the year by getting job orders from other states.
- High consumption of raw materials utilisation and cost of production
- Low productivity of the mills by modernisation of machineries.
- Running the mills without getting cash credit assistance from the bank.
Achievements
- Production capacity is increased from 75,000 metres to 1,25,000 metres, thereby generation of employment is increased.
- The total loss during 2017 was wiped away, and a profit of Rs.4.00 crore was received during 2022-23.
- Variable Frequency Drives fixed in Stenter machine, ETP Blowers, RO Plant and Thermopac saved around 27% of power cost per year from 2017 onwards.
- Brought the double-end processing implementation in all machines.
