Curbing Digital Illiteracy

- The banking network was not available at all rural locations
- Most of the rural customers were not capable of understanding the usage of digital products
- Visiting the branch for these services required unnecessary costs and money.
- Illiterate/feature phone customers were unable to utilize the services.
Achievements
- Assisted digitally handicapped customers through bank Mitra
- Facilitated 709 CSP locations with digital products to save money and time for rural customers.
- Involved village organizations/IKP staff to spread awareness of using digital services through bank mitra.
- Provided small ticket loans digitally at bank Mitra as a part of financial inclusion
