- The manual data entry of student details is prone to too many errors.
- Mismatch in bank records due to the manual process.
- Duplicate records were found due to the unauthenticated applications.
- Process of disbursement of scheme allowance was done manually and the allowance amount is pending for some students.
Achievements
- As on date, 4453 students have enrolled after a gap of 2 years after the announcement of the scheme.
- The process re-engineering was done and the manual verification process was removed.
- An active bank availability was checked through NPCI basis the students Aadhaar.
- Pilot testings were conducted with different institutes.
