• Continuous monitoring and improvement of operations based on user feedback and experiences planned.
• Developed a maintenance plan to ensure the facility remains in good condition, with regular cleaning, equipment upkeep, and repairs.
• Provides ownership to the local communities to operate and manage.

Introduction

The construction of 89 multi-purpose indoor stadiums across 28 districts, offering a diverse range of sports facilities, has had a significant impact on the population of approximately 4.5 million people. The project promotes inclusivity by benefiting individuals from different sects of society, including tribals.

The facilities serve the need of sports discipline and at times of calamities to provide safe and hygienic shelter or as medical facilities. Providing the required standard of the infrastructure for the sports disciplines to provide the best coaching environment at grassroot level is an innovative aspect of this project. The program has a unique coaching approach with certified coaching staffs which are sourced on recommendation of management committee at each stadium

Opportunities

Plans are to develop a blueprint that can be efficiently implemented in various settings, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple stadiums.

By taking sports to the grassroots level, the state demonstrates its commitment to fostering talent, promoting physical fitness, and creating a sports-oriented culture.
