Providing Financial and Educational Support to Corona-Affected Families
Nomination
- Due to the global pandemic, many families lost their only bread earner.
- The pandemic impacted the children physically, socially, emotionally and mentally.
- Many children had to discontinue their education and put their futures and career at stake.
- Thousands of children got orphaned and there was no one to take care and protect them from any possible adversity.
Achievements
- Hon’ble CM of Rajasthan announced a relief package, i.e., CM Corona Sahayata Yojana, to sanction and provide immediate relief to the applicant.
- Leveraged the technology and transferred the benefits directly to beneficiaries’ bank accounts with minimum formalities.
- Developed Mukhyamantri Corona Sahayata Portal to provide the beneficiaries with error-free, timely online disbursement.
- Facilitated SMS facilities to the beneficiary’s registered mobile number after the amount was transferred to the account.
