- Poor mindset of the staff and lack of reach to financially excluded people.
- Training needs of the Business Correspondents
- Lack of knowledge among citizens regarding social security and govt. Sponsored schemes.
- The hesitation of the people to part with banks due to lack of knowledge.
Achievements
- Motivated the staff to add more and more persons to the Bank lap, which in turn will also increase the Bank business
- Increased reach through Branch Network and BC Model and trained the BCAs on the various banking schemes.
- Provided training to BCAs also on using an online system for customer acquisition.
- Encouraged SHG Model to increase the faith of the outreached in the Banking system.
