Implemented centralized underwriting and digital payment systems to streamline funding processes.
Established a branch-based service model to maintain community proximity and long-term support.
Created customer apps and digital tools for quicker loan processing and servicing.

Provided financial support to 1,500 entrepreneurs, creating 7,500 jobs in rural MSME segments.
Facilitated business worth ₹147 crore, boosting the local rural economy.
Increased formal registration of businesses through Udyam enrollment, fostering business formalization.
Enabled consistent growth support and handholding for entrepreneurs for 6–7 years.
Improved financial awareness among rural business owners, leading to better credit practices and risk management.
