Solution
• Developed a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for transparent and uniform EC processing.
• Integrated logic-driven assessments based on CGDCR, NBC, and state environmental policies.
• Enabled one-time digital data entry, self-assessment, and rule-based validation for applicants.
• Automated PowerPoint generation and meeting minutes documentation.
• Prioritised Green Building-certified projects, supporting India’s Net Zero targets.
Outcomes
• Reduced average processing time from three months to one.
• Over 386 applications processed within five months post-launch.
• Enhanced user satisfaction through standardised, self-guided submission modules.
• Improved appraisal integrity, data security, and eco-compliance transparency.
• Set a replicable model for EC governance across India.
