- Achieved one hundred percent family coverage across District Poonch under AB PMJAY.
- Reached ninety-two percent individual coverage and successfully converted nine thousand Vay Vandana cards for senior citizens.
- Extended scheme benefits to remote and cross-border villages with no internet connectivity through offline strategies.
- Maintained uninterrupted healthcare services, hospital operations, and claim processing during the Indo–Pak conflict period of 2025.
- Strengthened beneficiary trust, district-level systems, and established a replicable model for crisis-resilient AB PMJAY implementation.
