- Defined objectives, scope, and resources, led by the Chairperson, GM and AGM of the IT Wing.
- Created eight modules, including Loan Management and Inspection, fully developed by Kerala Gramin Bank’s internal staff.

- Provided comprehensive training and ongoing technical support to staff for smooth transition.
