• Multiple visits to department offices for various purposes like Applying for Caste, Income, Family Membership Certificates etc.
• Safe and secure transactions and convenience of citizens for applying services.
• Delivering the services in a time-bound period to citizens.

Solution

• Ensuring that revenue services are rendered transparently, responsibly, and effectively.
• Reducing the multiple visits to the department office for various services like Applying Caste, Income, Family Membership Certificates, Adangal Copies etc.
• Providing all the revenue services at citizen doorstep.
• Timely redressing of the requested service by the citizen.
• Efficient utilisation of services by deploying them in districts.

Outcomes

• Citizens utilise all the revenue services at One Digitalized Platform without visiting Tahsildar/MRO office for those services.
• Citizens can access their application status online.
• Optimising the period for rendering revenue services on the departmental verification and approval process.
• Giving the authenticated electronically signed certificates by the competent authority for revenue services.
• Designed the system to adapt the future needs and requirements in the revenue services.
