  • 5743 complaints of various subjects have been received in a period of about 1 and half year.

  • Chanda City Helpline App Grievance Redressal System has received 5623 complaints till date
  • Out of 5743 complaints 5623 are resolved of various subjects.
  • Officers made their mind to take regular follow up of complaints registered.
  • The issue is resolved within 48 hours by the concerned officer of the department.
