जोहार प्रोजेक्ट झारखंड में बहुत अच्छी तरीके से कार्य कर रही है। इस प्रोजेक्ट से किसानों को खेती आधुनिक खेती करने के तरीके एवं खाद बीज और दवा का उपयोग के लिए सपोर्ट की जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा जहां पर सिंचाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं थी उन गांव में सिंचाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध करा कर लोगों को खेतों तक पानी पहुंचाई जा रही। इससे किसानों को काफी लाभ मिल रही है जिस जमीन पर सिंचाई सुविधा का अभाव मेंखेती नहीं हो पाती थी वहां पर खेती हो रही है। और लोगों के आमदनी में वृद्धि हो रही है । जोहार परियोजना सामूहिक खरीदारी, सामूहिक खेती,सामूहिक बिक्री के लिए लोगों को मदद करता है। इन कार्यों के अलावा जोहार परियोजना में कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किए जाने की आवश्यकता है जिससे किसानों को लंबे समय तक लाभ मिल सके।
