    1. An excellent initiative by FSSAI, every FBO utilizes these training and knowledge imparting sessions and gets the benifit out of it. Kudos to the whole FSSAI team and especially Ms.Pritha Ghosh and Ms.Pritha Tripathi for creating this awesome platform for FBOs in our country.

  1. The training for Food Handlers on COVID-19 is an excellent initiative by FSSAI. It is an absolute must and required to help the consumer enjoy in safe food environment

  2. FOSTAC is a very useful scheme launched by FSSAI to make FBO’s aware of the Food Control System of India and how they can ensure producing Safe Food. General FOSTAC training is provided through training partners, where the training partners charge the FBO’s to cover the cost of training. The best thing about the FOSTAC COVID training was that all the training partner community supported this initiative by training FBO’s to manage food safety risks during the COVID-19 Crisis. This is a very good example set by FSSAI working together with stakeholders to ensure the management of food safety emergencies.

FSSAI has brought about a superb transition in the mindset of entire food fraternity and food businesses specially in capacity building of FBOs and consumers through training partners not just in Food safety but also Covid 19 mitigation strategies across all sectors and all stakeholders in the food chain.I m very happy and proud to be associated with FSSAI as a trainer and NRP and able to contribute my best possible bit in this cause and efforts in raising the bar high of India’s global presence When it comes to food safety and food security. Special compliments to the FoSTaC team for conducting Covid19 awareness programs and thanks for making me a part of the same!

Its important to have Covid training as part of Fostac training for times to come but what about the people who are already certified… For them this covid awareness program was vwry important and that that too at a time when noone had any clarity about the virus. Kudos to FSSAI for understanding the need and acting promptly to ensure food safety during covid times
