  1. Congratulations Ms. Nandini Ghosh. India needs officers like you who is dedicated to her work. Your contributions will be remembered for a long time and these projects will continue to benefit the society.

  2. Outstanding work done by your department. Today environmental hazards particularly water pollution and deforestation are big threats for each and every species of our mother Earth. Your work is commendable and is in the same tune to restore the lost water bodies and environment.

  3. The Karala river, a spring originating from Baikunthapur Forest flows down to Teesta River. As river bed level of karala river is lower than Teesta river bed level, surface water discharge rate through karala river channel is sufficiently low mainly during dry season. So dredging in Teesta river starting from the outfall location of river Karala towards downstream of Teesta River is required to drainoff swiftly through karala river channel. Also, spring rejuvenating works at the originating point in Baikunthapur Forest from where Karala is oozing out is required for augmentation of its discharge rate.

  4. Thanks for highlighting the environmental project.which is extremely necessary for the present generation and also for our posterity, but is overlooked most of the time.
