Operation Hawk Eye is a wonderful scheme which created a fear elements in the mind of criminal.

The hawk eye team in police station narela industrial area is not that efficient as efficient worthy DCP/OND consider them…Most of them on the name of DCP sir make police station staff foolish and every time made pressure that they were in Hawk eye and don’t let anyone do to their course of official work/investigation. The most of their work out cases by beat staff and pressurized beat staff/IO through SHO to add their name to concerned work out cases. I think 2/3rd work out cases of of hawk eye team is worked out by beat staff and investigation officers.
