  1. This has been one of very wonderful initiative that vindicated the on ground humanitarian and de facto professional response of Bhadrak police to a disaster of its unique level like covid-19. The way the entire district police department under the guidance of Mr Rajesh Pandit maintained one-to-one help to every migrants passed through this district should be a credible contemporary case study of how police should act with empathy and energy . Round the clock food , water and travel assistance to the migrants with on the ground supervision of the district superientendent of police Mr Rajesh has set a high parameter of commitment to the district police in particular and to the state police department in general . The way Mr Rajesh pandit played with migrant workers kids speaks a volume of his personal perspective of personal attention to the plights of the helpless people and this most importantly invokes a trust among common mass that ; there is someone to protect them with all love and compassion
