UP State e-prosecution is doing good job under the leadership of Mr. Ashutosh Pandey (ADG). Hoping that the people of UP state will be benefited.

E-prosecution has brought transparency and accountability in the legal system. Data which is being uploaded/feed on the e-prosecution site shows how much work is being done by the stakeholders of legal system and at the same time Data is prepared to go in public domain where common man can see what is happening in his case in court of law . In judicial system and police system and in its administration, transparency is one of the very basic need of time for its improvement and for winning peoples confidence in the system. E-prosecution has raised that hope. And E-prosecution is that unit which is connecting junction of court,police,prison,forensic in this system. मेरे द्वारा श्री आशुतोष पाण्डेय जी की उक्त प्रस्तुति को देखा गया, श्री आशुतोष जी के द्वारा अपनी प्रस्तुति में बहुत ही विस्तृत तरीके से आई.सी.जे.एस जो एक स्टेकहोल्डर की तरह कार्य करता है, और इसी के माध्यम से सभी पिलर्स जैसे कोर्ट, थाना, जेल, फिंगरप्रिन्ट आदि जुड़े हुये है के बारे में समझाया गया।

उनके द्वारा कई कमियों को भी बताया गया, जिनमें काफी सुधार किये जाने की आवश्यकता है, जिसे धीरे-धीरे सुधारा जायेगा.

इस प्रेजेन्टेशन के माध्यम से श्री आशुतोष जी ने भविष्य में गवाहों तथा अभियोजकों के लिए कॉल सेंटर स्थापित करने, अभियोजकों को लैपटॉप के साथ-साथ बेहतरीन इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी देने के साथ उनका नियमित अंतराल पर प्रशिक्षण कराने की बात भी कहीं है।

आशा है 2025 तक सभी प्लेटफार्म को आसानी से इलेक्ट्रॉनिकली जोड़ लिया जायेगा।
