Test rigs are not easy job. Qualified & experienced professionals are required for this. HAL is having bunty of professionals who can handle any type of rigs, whether it is exported one, imported or indignised source.
Good platform for Make in India.
Good quality Indian make BOF items can be used instead of foreign make to make work & maintenance easier in future.
