  16. Delivery of Government schemes and services at the doorsteps of the citizen through village / ward secretariat system done excellent job. As of date morethan 3,26,00000 services has done from secretariat. It reduces the burden on common man to go the mandal and zilla offices regularly. Village secretariat is the ultimate solution for all the needs of citizen.

  22. I Working as Panchayat Secreatry (Grade-VI) Digital Assistant in Thippaluru Grama Sachivalayam,Yerraguntla mandal in YSR Kadpa DIst. Working in a Grama Sachivalayam has been a great experience for me. It’s been two full years now that I’ve been working at a Grama Sachivalayam. I may be too young to work, but the Grama Sachivalayam gives you many opportunities to improve your experience towards government administration and teaches you how to adjust to change and use that experience.
    This job keeps me completely occupied, and constantly striving to do my best. I have competition, real-time competition that allows me to push my limits further.
    Here sometimes we might working for more than 8 hours time . I agree, the long hours at the computer may not be healthy for your eyes, nor do 8-9 hours of sitting do you any good. But what matters to me the most is the serving to people at doorstep with full length of transparency with no corruption .

Vision of grama ward sachivalayam is good but what is going on practically is completely different from what the vision is ,The employees at grama ward sachivalayam and volunteers are facing lot of problems at field level and they are mentally and physically torturous at their work and there is no public holidays for employees who receive little amount like 5000 and 15000 and all services are being done at sachivalayam and they are working dawn and dusk and what is the purpose of higher officials then,who receive higher salaries ,and all will fall on sachivalayam employees and inspection on them ,they are not having to think of other issue like their health etc.

  454. This was a excellent project by govt of andhrapradesh. But government not utilizing the skill power of younger employees in sachivalyam employees . Goernament people treating GSWS employees are slaves for their individual departments but all sachivalyam employees are highly educated and skillfully persons especially Digital assistants are engineers they are all build the state with their soft skills but higher authorities treating that person’s are computer operators . All employees are very worthfull please utilize man power in a good manner .
