  9. The project has alot potential just the way Mahesh sir gave example of the Henna girl, thier is a fisher man’s kid who was working on dail wages is today placed in a reputed company. I’m sure each trainers will have alot more examples like these how the training impacted the students, no just in the terms of employment but students have also grown as an individual, understood the importance of financial responsibilities, some of them are doing good on social media today without investment of funds just by implementing their knowledge which comes from the syllabus they learn and the confidence which they gain from the FS project, I have been able to touch thousands of hearts and mould and shape thousands of brains through this projects, after all you need just a moment to make people realise what they are worth of and then there is no looking back for them and that is what the project is best at doing, here the project’s agenda is not drive a student and drop to the doorstep of employment rather it is to push/motivate them to sit at the driver seat hold the stearing and be the driver of their on carrer.
