Now I see the many changes in Dibang Velley from the last one year. Shri Minga Sherpa (IAS) did quality work spcly in pandemic Covid-19, when rest of the county face so many problems but we feel save in Dibang Velley and provide all the gov. Scheme and facilities to all common peoples at their doors. As all knows, life is tough in Dibang Valley because of poor road connectivity, BSNL network issue, no internet, after this Adminstration try to solve all problems and stand with us
