  28. बिहार में चल रहे स्पेसल सर्वे एक सहरानीय कार्य किया जा रहा है जिससे होने वाली भूमि बिबाद 90% समाप्त हो जाएगा और सर्वे होने के कारण रैयत को मूलभूत सुबिधा का लाभ मिलेगा एवं आगामी आने वाली योजना का भी लाभ आसानी से रैयत को मिले सकेगा।

This special survey of land is an important mission for bihar government because in bihar cadestral survey took place during period of 1906-1912.since then in a very few district rivisional survey was done..so that there is so many dispute of land between people and bunch of cases are filed in the civil court related of it. If this survey is completed successfully then all of the information/records related to land are going to be digitized i.e record of right, map of revenue village etc.
