This has been one of very wonderful initiative that vindicated the on ground humanitarian and de facto professional response of Bhadrak police to a disaster of its unique level like covid-19. The way the entire district police department under the guidance of Mr Rajesh Pandit maintained one-to-one help to every migrants passed through this district should be a credible contemporary case study of how police should act with empathy and energy . Round the clock food , water and travel assistance to the migrants with on the ground supervision of the district superientendent of police Mr Rajesh has set a high parameter of commitment to the district police in particular and to the state police department in general . The way Mr Rajesh pandit played with migrant workers kids speaks a volume of his personal perspective of personal attention to the plights of the helpless people and this most importantly invokes a trust among common mass that ; there is someone to protect them with all love and compassion

Ever since the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, police teams of Bhadrak District of Odisha have exhibited exemplary responsibility in order to feed the needy people mainly the migrant labourers coming home with only hope that thay have to live till normalcy comes to life. On the other hand these people have to fight with Corona also. It was unbelievable thay Bhadrak police provide food for them day and night and served to create a mark of distinction. Feeding people more than lakhs is certainly an initiative that raises everyone’s eyebrow, A definite Bharosha: Bhadrak Police. Salute to the leader, Rajesh Pandit IPS, SP of the district, who led the police teams from the front.
