Leveraging Work From Home for achieving Organisation Objectives, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited; WFH had been implemented and was successful especially the year-end appraisal was fully completed with this system only. All management communication were possible with this implemented system. BHEL had developed a net working with corporate level communication coordinators supported further by Unit level communication coordinators. I am one of the unit level communication nodal officer and my job is to receive communication from corporate and forward to my assigned personnel. So all communications were ensured reach of maximum BHEL personnel in a shortest time.
