2. 81 institutional deliveries with zero maternal and child mortality in two years.

3. 100% Jal Jeevan Mission saturation achieved.

4. Constructed 910 soak pits and 842 compost pits with universal toilet coverage.

5. Reduced malaria, dengue and diarrhoea cases from 117 in 2023 to 9.

6. Completed 100% blood-group testing within 100 days with emergency health records.
