Conducted statewide assessments using ODK-based tools to identify facility-wise gaps across all NQAS standards.
Categorised facilities based on performance scores into three tiers: >70%, 50–70%, and <50%.
Developed a comprehensive state-level roadmap with district-wise targets, fast-tracking facilities that initially scored above 70%.
Formed and strengthened dedicated quality structures, specifically the SQAU, SQAC, and DQAC, for structured governance.
Conducted targeted training programs for Medical Officers, Nurses, Community Health Officers (CHOs), and quality teams.
