Constitution of a multi-stakeholder Advisory Committee comprising scientists, CTOs, senior officials, industry leaders, and academia.
Establishment of the SRM-AP Centre of Excellence in Hydrogen Technologies to anchor R&D, testing, standards, and skills.
Signing of SRM-AP × JK Srivastava Hynfra MoU to drive industry-ready innovation, validation, and talent pipelines.
Advancement of the 1.5 MMTPA green ammonia project with 2 GW electrolyser capacity at Kakinada, including major equipment erection on 17-01-2026.

Institutionalized single-window-style coordination through NREDCAP for site curation, utilities, and inter-departmental facilitation.
Operationalized a high-calibre Advisory Committee to steer localization, standards, and ecosystem planning.
Initiated India’s first integrated Green Hydrogen Skilling Ecosystem targeting 2,000 specialists annually and supporting 50 start-ups via a ₹500 crore innovation fund.
Progressed Phase-I implementation during 2025–26 including policy framework advancement, R&D setup, and investment mobilization.
Benefitted 0 internal beneficiaries and 3100 external beneficiaries during evaluation period 21-07-2025 to 11-02-2026.
