Established a functioning eco-cottage demonstrating environmentally sensitive tourism development
Created direct and indirect livelihood opportunities for 36 local community members
Improved trust between forest authorities and the local Santhal tribal community
Introduced a responsible tourism model prioritising low-impact infrastructure over commercial scale
Generated a practical framework for tourism development in culturally sensitive locations
