  • First-trimester ANC registration improved from 72.19% to 93%.
  • Incidence of low birth weight reduced from 4.04% to 2.83%.
  • Aspirational Blocks secured 2nd position in NITI Aayog Delta Rankings and received ₹1 crore reward.
