- Child measurement efficiency improved from 13.61% (2023 baseline) to 99.65% by June 2025.
- Supplementary nutrition coverage increased for pregnant women (22.26% to 93%) and children (14.38% to 74.80%).
- First-trimester ANC registration improved from 72.19% to 93%.
- Incidence of low birth weight reduced from 4.04% to 2.83%.
- Aspirational Blocks secured 2nd position in NITI Aayog Delta Rankings and received ₹1 crore reward.
